Langley Fundamental is a Choice School and as such has no defined catchment area.  If you are a new family and wish to register at our school, please follow the following procedure:

• If you are registering a child for Kindergarten, the on-line registration system opens the first Monday of October and closes the second Friday of October. You are eligible to register your Kindergarten child 11 months before the start date of September. This on-line system is accessible through the School District 35 Website. Please go to the tab “Programs and Initiatives” and then “Programs of Choice.”  You will then be informed if your child has received a position at the school by the end of November.  If you child does not receive a position for kindergarten their name will be placed on the wait list for upcoming years.  The students name will remain on the wait list until their name comes up and they either accept or decline the position.
• If you are registering  a child for grades 1 -5, please register at the school office.
• If you wish to attend LFES and your child is currently of school age, please fill out a Waiting List Application – 2022 fillable form and return it to the school office in person or by email to tmein@sd35.bc.ca.

If you have a child currently registered at the school and wish to register a sibling for Kindergarten, you will need to follow the same on-line process as above.

Please note that LFE has a lengthy wait list so families should fill out a wait list application as soon as possible.
